Explore practical applications for HU (pronounced like “hue”). HU is an ancient name for God and a carrier of love between God and you. Singing HU has been reported by many to bring healing for body, mind, and spirit, and align the individual with higher states of love, wisdom, and awareness.

We will also explore a new topic each month!
