Have you ever had a dream so vivid it seemed less like a dream and more like somewhere you had actually been? Or found an answer arriving whole, from nowhere, while you were thinking about something else entirely?
Most people have had moments like these and set them aside, because there is nowhere obvious to put them.
Soul Travel is one way of understanding them. It is less exotic than it sounds: not the body going anywhere, but a shift in awareness — attention opening to more than it usually holds, and moving closer to the divine. It is a close relative of dreaming, and it is something people have always been able to do.
This hour is an introduction, in plain language, for anyone curious. We will look at what Soul Travel is and what it isn’t, share some simple spiritual exercises you can try at home, and leave plenty of room for questions.
