HU: Sacred Sound, Ancient Mantra

In his talk at the 2023 ECK Soul Adventure Seminar, Sri Harold tells of his love for the HU and describes it as “such a beautiful gift.”  How can this ancient word help us to find more divine love and ultimately bring spiritual freedom?
