NOTICE: Due to concern worldwide about the COVID-19 coronavirus, ECKANKAR in North Carolina is canceling all public and member gatherings through July 31st, 2020. This includes all ECK Light and Sound Services, classes and book discussions, HU chants, Sound of Soul events, and Meet-Up events.
Here is a spiritual exercise and contemplation seed from The Sound of Soul by Sri Harold Klemp.
HU is a name for God. Sing it to yourself, but first fill your heart with love.
When you're having any kind of trouble and you want an insight into what you can do or an understanding to get through the problem, sing the song of HU.
It has the power of God, and it has the love of God.
